My Healthier French Toast Recipe





This is a go to of mine for the weekend! It is super filling and you can add so many healthy ingredients!


What you need:

Bread- I have been using sourdough lately since it has a lot less gluten in it

1/4 cup of almond milk

2 eggs

1 tsp of vanilla

Cinnamon- however much you want!

Chia seeds- I do a big scoop of them, but add as much or as little as you like!

*You can also add protein powder*


Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and let the bread soak in it for a minute or two!

Cook on a stove top to your preference!


I always top mine with maple syrup and berries!!
