My Favorite Protein Filled Veggie Soup

I seriously make this weekly and never get sick of it! It is super easy and super satisfying!

What you need:

Vegetable broth

Vegetable Juice

Garbanzo Bean

Black Beans

Brown rice or quinoa

Yellow Onion


Corn, carrots, peas (or whatever veggies you want to add!)

Salt and Pepper

Olive Oil

What to do:

Pour a dash of olive oil in a pan and put the cut up onion and celery in it.

Once the veggies look more clear, add in 4 cups of vegetable broth and 2 cups of the vegetable juice.

Continue to add the rest of the ingredients in! Make sure to cook the rice or quinoa before!

Bring to a boil, then lower and let simmer for 30 minutes!

Add a pinch of salt and pepper for taste!
