My Favorite Gluten Free & Dairy Free Egg Sandwich



I love this sandwich so much! I honestly eat it a few times a week! It is super easy and satisfying!


What you need:


Canyon Bread- It is my favorite gluten free bread!


Violife Foods- This is the best vegan cheese I have tried.


Earth Balance- This non-dairy butter is delicious!


2 Eggs


What to do:


Microwave bread for 1 minute (the bread is frozen)


Cook eggs however you like them using the Earth Balance butter


Push the eggs to the side and add more butter to make the bread toasty!


Once the bread is toasty, add cheese to both sides (I only use one slice and put on both slices of the bread)


Add the egg and cook the sandwich like a panini!
