This has become such a passion project for myself. For the past several years I realized I needed to change my previous lifestyle choices. I wasn't feeling my best physically and mentally. It took a long time to finally get to the point of feeling like myself again. 

I have found that being consistent with my daily habits is the most important thing I can do for myself. In Love Sweat and Pizza, I will share what I have learned through my journey of healing and how I try my best to balance it all!

I also am so excited for Share & Tell!  These posts will feature amazing  people on a vast array of topics. The people chosen for this section are not only extremely knowledgeable in their fields, but they also are admirable for who they are as people.
